Before the main text, it should be noted that in modern society, everyone has their own bad habits and so do I. From my own experience, my bad habit is eating too much, which makes me overweight. Here, I would like to share my experience of how I broke this bad habit.
First of all, it goes without saying that the most important thing I started to do was regulate my diet. I took some measure, such as avoiding junk food and eating more light meals. This step enabled me to lower my daily calorie intake effectively. And fundamentally solved my problem of overeating. Subsequently, I did more and more exercise. Since I ate less, I didn’t have enough energy for intense exercise. But I still took slow walk or went jogging. This further accelerated my calorie burn. To completely broke this bad habit, I additionally recorded my weight changes regularly and turned them into a motivation for losing weight. Through physical and mental efforts I finally succeeded.
